We offer treatments recommended in the NICE Guidelines
Trauma ranges from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) following a severe traumatic experience to trauma from more common events, such as bullying, difficult attachments in relationships, in fact any experience that we find it hard to move on from and that causes distress when we think about it. Both EMDR and CBT are recommended treatments.

We offer support to people experiencing low mood/depression
Depression can leave us feeling fatigued, low in motivation, helpless, perhaps wanting to withdraw from others and feeling less able to engage in what we used to find pleasurable and everyday tasks may feel difficult. You may also experience suicidal thoughts or thoughts of self harm.
